Loved our meal here! The interior atmosphere was dark and rich like a speakeasy the staff was attentive and very polite and the food was delicious. The bread and pomme frites were perfect (love slimy fries!) and we had 2 of the pasta small plates which were small as advertised but were incredibly full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The stickey (??) desert was a perfect small delight to end the meal. Yum!

We sat on the "hidden" patio out back. Friendly staff. The whipped ricotta was amazing! We loved our cocktails; The White Lotus and In the Jungle. We will definitely be back!

Picture shown of the filet mignon. The dinner the other night was very good, Palace Prime features a few steak cuts, fish, poultry and vegetarian dishes as well as plenty of wine, whiskey and cocktail options. The steak came out cooked perfectly and I had no real complaints, also enjoyed the Green Chile Mac and Cheese, the broccoli, the Brussels sprouts and a few bites of the Lamb Tagliatelle. The atmosphere has improved since the last visit, they opened up the bar to extend a view into the main seating area, this has reduced some of the sound capture in the bar area but increased the view for bar patrons. We spent over 100 each but also had 5 beverages, 6 oysters, two main dishes, two side dishes and dessert; it makes for a nice fancy meal in a historic location.

Who would have thought some of the best oysters can be found in Santa Fe, New Mexico?! They are so fresh, ice cold, & shucked to order. They’re so good we came two days in a row to get them!! Drinks, service, atmosphere, the outdoor patio, and food are all amazing. Highly recommend!!

Palace is a restaurant that pulls you in with their elegant yet unpretentious atmosphere while their attentive and personable service makes you feel like you are hanging with old friends. Their next-level cuisine and incredible cocktails will blow your mind. Looking for a spiritual experience in Santa Fe? Just order the ribs and you will enter a transcendental vortex of flavor. Pair that with the brussels and “In the Jungle” and you will start to understand why this place is a unique gem. The bartenders here deeply understand their craft and their recommendations for pairings were spot-on. We can’t wait for their new patio bar to be finished this summer; it will be our go-to spot for afternoon cocktails with friends.

I have been a lover of this restaurant for years and should have left this review long ago but it didn't cross my mind until I attended a lovely event there this weekend. I enjoy this restaurant for many reasons, the food is excellent with something for everyone, the cocktails are sublime, but the service and atmosphere is what makes it my favorite place. Whether with friends or alone I always have a good experience. The manager is always there to greet guests with a welcoming smile, the hosts are attentive and always make an effort to seat us where we are most comfortable, and the bartender is always happy to whip up a special something based on our specific tastes. This place has a great respect and love for their local patrons, and it shows. The prices are very reasonable, why go to an establishment of lesser caliber and pay the same thing when you can have better food, better drinks, and the best service in a more elevated atmosphere? Thank you to Palace Prime for setting the standard for dining in Santa Fe. My favorite meal is the burger with the best fries in town, but the pasta is also some of the best I have ever had. I've never had a beverage there I didn't enjoy, including non alcoholic options, but the Mezcal sour they make there is my go to.
